The CoCCA NOC is used as either a primary or fail-over (escrow) registry by 14 governments, universities, telco's and private entities that are authoritative for a country code Top Level Domain. Members of the Council of County Code Administrators that have deployed "CoCCAtools" open source software in-county will be given access to the CoCCAtools v2.5 software ( branded as "espresso cc" ) in the coming weeks.

CoCCA operates a Network Operations Centre ("NOC") in Sydney Australia. The CoCCA NOC is located at Global Switch (http://www.globalswitch.com) in the Sydney CBD, it is the largest carrier-neutral co-location facility in the Southern Hemisphere.. Additional redundancy will be provided with escrow at M + M facilities in Europe and the US.
